FirstWave Indicators for TradeStation
Download
To download FirstWave indicators, right click on the file and chose “save as…” to save it to your hard drive. You will be prompted to re-enter your FWTrader username and password and then the download will begin. Some versions of FireFox have problems downloading the password protected files. If you have trouble downloading with FireFox, try with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
If you have purchased a license to the indicator bundle then you may download either the bundle file which will install all indicators in the package or the individual indicators that you want. If you have licensed individual indicators then you may download those below.

Installation and Configuration
The following video contains general information about installing and configuring the FWT indicators for TradeStation. Specific settings for each of the indicators appears in text below the video.
Settings for Individual indicators
DPO Fuel Cells Indicator Settings
Inputs
Price: The price used as a basis for the DPO calculation. Default is “C” for the closing price.
DPO_Length: The number of bars to use in the DPO calculation. Default is 14.
Show_MOBO: Whether or not to show MOBO bands surrounding the DPO line Default is “true”. Change to “false” to hide the DPO mobo bands.
MOBO_Length: The number of bars to use in the MOBO calculation. Default is 10.
MOBO_Width: The number of standard deviations to use in the MOBO calculation. Default is 0.8.
MOBO_UpColor: The color to use for the MOBO bands when they are moving upward. Default is “DarkGreen.”
MOBO_DownColor: The color to use for the MOBO bands when they are moving downward. Default is “DarkRed.”
Color_DPO: The default value of “true” will cause the DPO Line to change colors depending on whether the line is moving up or down. If “false” the dpo line will have the color assigned in the TradeStation indicator color tab.
DPO_Up_Color: The color of the DPO line when it is moving up if Color_DPO is “true.” Default is “Green”
DPO_Down_Color: The color of the DPO line when it is moving down if Color_DPO is “true.” Default is “Red”
Show_MOBO_Breaks: When set to the default value of “true” the indicator uses visual cues to show when the DPO line breaks out of MOBO bands. Change to “false” to hide the indications.
Show_Fuel: The default value of “true” shows fuel cells. Change to “false” to hide these.
Fuel_Up_Color: The color of fuel cells above the zero line. Default is Cyan.
Fuel_Down_Color: The color of fuel cells below the zero line. Default is Magenta.
Play_Sound: Set to “true” to play custom sounds when DPO breaks out of MOBO. You must supply the custom sound files. Default is False.
Sound_Intrabar” Set to “True” if sound alerts should be generated on intrabar without waiting for the bar to close. Setting the value to true could cause the sound alert to be generated many times on each bar. Default is “false.”
BreakoutSound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when DPO breaks above MOBO.
BreakdownSound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when DPO breaks below MOBO.
Indicator Chart and Color Settings
DPO: The style can be used to control the width and style of the DPO line. The color set through the TradeStation Chart Color tab will only be used if the Color_DPO input is set to “false.”
MOBO1: The style can be used to control the width and style of the upper MOBO band. Color must be set through the inputs section.
MOBO1: The style can be used to control the width and style of the lower MOBO band. Color must be set through the inputs section.
FuelCells: The style of the fuel cells may be set. For example, the width of the fuel cell histogram may be changed. Color must be set through the input section.
DPOSig: The style of the visual signal for DPO breaking out of MOBO may be changed. The default is a circle of medium weight. Colors may not be changed.
Zero: The style and color of the zero line may be changed.
DPO BO: Controls the style and color of the indication when DPO breaks above MOBO.
HOBO BO: Controls the style and color of the indication when DPO breaks below MOBO.
Alerts
This indicator generates alerts when DPO breaks out of MOBO. Alerts must be configured in the indicator Alerts tab for this to work. See the installation video for more information.

UpColor: The color of the HOBO bands when pointed upward. Default is DarkGreen.
DownColor: The color of the HOBO bands when pointed downward. Default is DarkRed.
Play_Sound: Set to “true” to play custom sounds when price breaks out of HOBO. You must supply the custom sound files. Default is False.
Sound_Intrabar” Set to “True” if sound alerts should be generated on intrabar without waiting for the bar to close. Setting the value to true could cause the sound alert to be generated many times on each bar. Default is “false.”

Plot1: The weight and style of the upper HOBO band may be changed. Color must be set through the Inputs section.
Plot2: The weight and style of the lower HOBO band may be changed. Color must be set through the Inputs section.
Alerts
This indicator generates alerts when price breaks out of MOBO. Alerts must be configured in the indicator Alerts tab for this to work. See the installation video for more information.
HOBO PaintBar Study Settings
BreakoutColor: The color of bars when price breaks above HOBO. Default is DarkGreen.
BreakdownColor: The color of bars when price breaks below HOBO. Default is DarkRed
Color Continuously: The default of “true” will color all bars that close above HOBO. Changing to “false” will cause the coloring to only be applied to bars which break HOBO.
Play_Sound: Set to “true” to play custom sounds when price breaks out of HOBO. You must supply the custom sound files. Default is False.
Sound_Intrabar” Set to “True” if sound alerts should be generated on intrabar without waiting for the bar to close. Setting the value to true could cause the sound alert to be generated many times on each bar. Default is “false.”

HOBO ShowMe Study Settings
BreakoutColor: The color of the ShowMe indicator when price breaks above HOBO. Default is DarkGreen.
BreakdownColor: The color of the ShowMe indicator when price breaksbelow HOBO. Default is DarkRed
Offset: Controls how far away ShowMe indicators are from the top or bottom of price bars. When using multiple ShowMe studies you can use different offset values so that one won’t obscure the other. Default is 25.
ShowBreakoutAbove: When set to the default value of “true” breakout indications are placed above the bar and breakdown indications are placed below the bar. Change the value to false to reverse the location.
Play_Sound: Set to “true” to play custom sounds when price breaks out of HOBO. You must supply the custom sound files. Default is False.
Sound_Intrabar” Set to “True” if sound alerts should be generated on intrabar without waiting for the bar to close. Setting the value to true could cause the sound alert to be generated many times on each bar. Default is “false.”

Linear Regression Channel Indicator Settings
Inputs
Length: The number of bars to include in the linear regression calculation. Default is 30.
Width: 10 times the number of standard deviations used in the channel width. So the default of 30 represents 3 standard deviations.
Mid_Line_Color: The color of the channel center line. Default is “Red.”
Channel_Color: The color of the two channel lines. Default is “Red.”
Extend_Right: The default value of “true” causes the channel lines to be extended to the right edge of the chart. Changing the value to “false” will cause the right edge of the channel lines to end at the current bar.

SUDS Indicator Settings
Show_Stoch_17_5: The default of “true” displays the 17,5 stochastics line. Change to “false” to hide this line.
Show_Stoch_34_1: The default of “false” hides the 17,5 stochastics line. Change to “true” to show this line.
Show_RSI_2: The default of “false” hides the two-period RSI line. Change to “true” to show this line.
Play_Sound: Set to “true” to play custom sounds on alerts.
Sound_Intrabar: Set to “True” if sound alerts should be generated on intrabar without waiting for the bar to close. Setting the value to true could cause the sound alert to be generated many times on each bar. Default is “false.”
Temp_Buy_Sound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when there is a template buy signal.
Temp_Sell_Sound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when there is a template sell signal.
SUDS_Buy_Sound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when there is a SUDS buy signal.
SUDS_sell_Sound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when there is a SUDS sell signal.
Indicator Chart and Color Settings
S5x3: Use to set the style and color of the Stochastics 5,3 line.
S8x5: Use to set the style and color of the Stochastics 8,5 line.
S17x5: Use to set the style and color of the Stochastics17, 5 line.
Signal: Use to change the size and style of the visual indication of SUDS cross signals. The color cannot be changed.
80: Use to change the style and color of the overbought line.
50: Use to change the style and color of the center line.
20: Use to change the style and color of the oversold line.
S34: Use to set the style and color of the Stochastics 34,1 line.
RSI2: Use to set the style and color of the two-period RSI line.
Alerts
This indicator generates alerts on template buys and sells and SUDS buys and sells. Alerts must be configured in the indicator Alerts tab for this to work. See the installation video for more information.
SUDS ShowMe Study Settings
ShowTemplate: “true” displays template buys and sells in addition to SUDS buys and sells. “false” only shows SUDS buys and sells. Default is “false”

Triple CCI Indicator Settings
Inputs
StrongSBUColor: The color to apply to the CCI5 line when a strong snapback up is setting up. Default is Green.
WeakSBUColor: The color to apply to the CCI5 line when a weak snapback up is setting up. Default is Cyan.
StrongSBDColor: The color to apply to the CCI5 line when a strong snapback down is setting up. Default is Red.
WeakSBDColor: The color to apply to the CCI5 line when a weak snapback down is setting up. Default is magenta.
Indicator Chart and Color Settings
CCI5: Use to set the style and color of the CCI5 line. The color will be changed when there are snapbacks setting up based on input settings above.
CCI20: Use to set the style and color of the CCI20 line.
CCI50: Use to set the style and color of the CCI50 line.

TTG Indicator Settings
Inputs
PctR_OB_Color: Determines the color of the %R line when it is in overbought territory. Default is Red.
PctR_OS_Color: Determines the color of the %R line when it is in oversold territory. Default is Red.
Overbought: Defines the overbought level. Default is 80.
Oversold: Defines the oversold level. Default is 20.
Play_Sound: Set to “true” to play custom sounds on alerts.
Sound_Intrabar: Set to “True” if sound alerts should be generated on intrabar without waiting for the bar to close. Setting the value to true could cause the sound alert to be generated many times on each bar. Default is “false.”
Bull_Sound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when there is a TTG bullish cross.
Bear_Sound: The path to a windows sound file containing the sound to play when there is a TTG bearish cross.
Alerts
This indicator generates alerts on TTG crosses. Alerts must be configured in the indicator Alerts tab for this to work. See the installation video for more information.
TTG ShowMe Study Settings
Inputs
Overbought: Defines the overbought level. Default is 80.
Oversold: Defines the oversold level. Default is 20.
Offset: Controls how far away ShowMe indicators are from the top or bottom of price bars. When using multiple ShowMe studies you can use different offset values so that one won’t obscure the other. Default is 25.
