A New “Stress Free” Trading Strategy

After spending an incredible amount of hours, counting waves, writing coded studies,  studying studies and reading and listening and learning we have finally developed the perfect trading strategy for trading in the Futures Market. It is guaranteed to reduce your stress level and only requires about 30 minutes of  your time during the  day. (Tongue in cheek of course. If it was only this easy).

This is a interesting phenomenen that we observed today and caused us to wonder what is driving the market. If you study the above chart you may wonder the same. We’ve displayed a 10 minute chart of the past two days. On it, we have place on the times of  major reports announced during the pre-market and overnight hours.

None of this news has been good, at least for the first 10 minutes. But then the reports apparently have been interpreted to be good news and the during daytime trading hours it snaps right back up until about 3:30,  (Today they waited until 3:50) then they start the selling again. Our only interpretation to this is that the “Market Makers” either are optimists in the morning and by the end of the day they have really taken the time to read and interpret the news and realized just how bad it is. Or they have their black boxes programmed to some pre determined fib grids.

The one thing we are confident in is that this bad news continues to drive the market lower, one report at a time. We don’t see a near term significant retracement on good news yet so we will keep counting waves and keep you posted on our counts. When we feel like we have reached a near term correction, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Take notice that the big news for tomorrow are the numbers for New Jobless Claims at 8:30 and Firday the GDP numbers will be released. Be sure your alarm clocks are set for these reports. If these numbers continue to be bad news we will probably spike down to some lower lows. It is possible that we are nearing the  completion of a larger 5 wave decline in the next day or two. We will be watching for one.

Good Luck and Good Trading.
